Individual Membership Conditions:

- An individual membership is unique to one individual professional and cannot be shared.
- Members must register for each live webinar or multi-part live training program through the "Member Registration" link on each training program abstract page.
- Login ID as well as an electronic copy of the presentation materials are emailed a minimum of 48 business hours prior to each live training program.

How to Become an Individual Member:

1. Complete and submit the following Individual Membership registration form.
2. Once the form is submitted you will receive a confirmation email. The confirmation email will contain a receipt for payment if paid by credit card or an invoice if membership is to be paid by Electronic/Bank Transfer or Purchase Order.
3. Start using your Individual Member ID to register immediately for any live training webinars or multi-part training programs of your choice through the “Member Registration” link provided on each live training program’s agenda page.
4. To sign up multiple individuals for membership, simply fill out and submit the form below for each individual.
